The "Supporting Systems Bylaw," third edition (Muharram 1439 AH / October 2017), is an approved regulatory document of the Sulaiman Bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation. It aims to regulate a set of policies and procedures that support institutional operations. The bylaw covers four main areas: healthcare provisions for employees and dependents under the health insurance system, insurance and management of the foundation’s vehicles including accident handling and renewals, procedures for evaluating and approving suppliers to ensure quality and reliability, and the organization of office supplies storage and distribution through warehouses. This bylaw contributes to improving administrative efficiency and strengthening governance by regulating human and material resources while ensuring transparency and compliance. It supports the foundation’s strategic objectives and the development of its internal work environment in line with quality and sustainability requirements, and aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in enhancing human resource efficiency and institutional development.
