This document outlines the "Whistle Blower Policy" of the Sulaiman Bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation, approved in Safar 1439 AH, aiming to enhance integrity, combat financial and administrative corruption, and prevent financial crimes or misuse of charitable work for terrorism financing or fraud. The policy establishes a framework for detecting early warning indicators of potential violations, such as receiving donations from unknown sources, bypassing administrative procedures, or document tampering. It details procedures for verification and investigation, as well as secure and confidential channels for receiving and processing reports, ensuring whistleblowers are protected from retaliation. The policy applies to all foundation members, board trustees, volunteers, and beneficiaries, and offers moral or financial incentives for substantiated reports. It underscores the foundation’s commitment to transparency and good governance, aligning with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to promote integrity and fight corruption.
