اللائحة المالية

This document is the financial bylaw of the Sulaiman Bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation, approved in Muharram 1439 AH (October 2017). It establishes the framework for the Foundation’s financial management, covering core principles, accounting systems, cash disbursement and collection procedures, asset and property protection, financial process control, and internal auditing. The bylaw addresses various areas including budget preparation, management of receipts and expenditures, bank account operations, cash fund handling, fixed asset management, handling of financial violations, and financial reporting procedures. It also defines signature authorities, internal and external audit processes, and regulations for both cash and in-kind advances. Serving as a key compliance tool, the bylaw ensures adherence to relevant laws and regulations, promotes financial transparency, and strengthens operational efficiency. It aligns with good governance practices and supports institutional sustainability in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030
