Strategic plan of the Sulaiman Bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation for the period 2017–2018
This document presents the extended strategic plan of the Sulaiman Bin Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Charitable Foundation for the period 2017–2018, building on and refining the previous strategy. The plan aims to maximize the impact of grants in community development through strategic grants, empowering the nonprofit sector, and achieving institutional excellence. Its strategic objectives include improving community needs assessment, expanding strategic partnerships, enhancing quality in grant management and administrative processes, increasing human resource productivity, and achieving a learning organization. Financial efficiency is emphasized through operational cost optimization, adherence to the grants budget, and enhancing the financial sustainability of specialized projects. The plan specifies key performance indicators (KPIs) for each goal, with relative weights and assigned executive responsibilities, ensuring regular evaluation and progress measurement. This strategy seeks to strengthen governance, achieve institutional sustainability, and increase societal impact, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in empowering and enhancing the efficiency of the nonprofit sector.
